GOALS:

1. Provide all residents with a safe and clean-living environment, food preparation facilities, and access to treatment services
   
   
2. Guide residents towards independence and personal responsibility.
   
   
3. To develop interpersonal skills for eventual reintegration back into society as constructive and responsible citizens.
   
   
4. To teach social skills including personal hygiene, money management, and the ability to assertively communicate needs to the appropriate resources.
   
   
5. Provide assistance and monitoring self-administration of medication. 
   
   
6. Offer residents an opportunity to live and function in a community environment while following their specific court-ordered terms, if any.
